SilverCloud self-sign up
SilverCloud is a free digital platform offering confidential, self-managed programmes to support emotional wellbeing. The platform is available to anyone living in Devon, including carers, families and supporters of people accessing mental health services. There are several free programmes on subjects including:
- Stress
- Resilience
- Sleep (NICE-recommended first treatment for insomnia)
- Alcohol
- Money
The programmes are fully confidential and self-managed. Our staff are unable to see who has signed up or what has been recorded in the system.
