Looking after you too – wellbeing coaching
Individual coaching is available with a skilled and experienced coach who will work with you to discuss any area of your wellbeing that you would like to address. They will listen, ask questions, and support you to develop practical strategies to cope with your situation and stay well.
NHS England – Looking after you too – simply register and book a coaching session Sessions are available Monday to Friday between 8am and 10pm and on Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 6pm The first session will last up to 45 minutes
BMA Wellbeing Support Services
Free and confidential 24/7 counselling and peer support services open to all doctors and medical students (regardless of BMA membership) plus their partners and dependents.

Medical Protection – Counselling Service
ICAS’s in-house telephone counselling provides immediate access to support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and face-to-face counselling sessions can be arranged near to you and at your convenience, all funded by Medical Protection.
