A confidential and discrete support service from individual members of the leadership team. Devon LMCs Professional Support Network provides confidential support and guidance to anyone in a leadership position in General Practice whether they are a GP, Manager, or Practice Nurse. You might be struggling with internal strife in a partnership, with burnout, or your personal workload may threaten to become unmanageable. Our network of Professional Support Officers provides agile support tailored to the needs of the individual.

Leadership & Management Support Devon LMC
Our Leadership and Management Support Service is there to support the ‘team’ when things have become difficult and may lead to serious problems, or when there is an issue too difficult to deal with alone. When requested, the LMC will set up an initial meeting to discuss the issue and then develop a plan with you to work towards resolution.

Devon Wellbeing Hub
The Hub is operated by staff from Devon Partnership NHS Trust, who are working on behalf of the Devon Integrated Care System, in collaboration with Livewell Southwest and Devon CCG.
The Hub operates between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and we aim to respond to any emails or

The ShinyMind app is a wellbeing and resilience app which includes a wide variety of resources including daily gratitude, journaling, resilience board and masterclasses to name a few! Masterclasses are available in several formats including video, audio and text.

The HOPE Programme (South West)
he HOPE programme is FREE course that helps you to focus on you as a person. It helps you to discover new strengths and rediscover old ones to keep yourself well. Courses are now offered face-to-face, virtually using MS Teams, or digitally.
