The GPN New to Practice Fellowship (NTPF) has changed to the New to Practice Programme (NTPP):
EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS:
- Support from a Nurse Mentor
- Quarterly Whole Programme Meetings
- Nursing Professional Development Days
- Funded Cervical Sampling Course
- Funded Immunisation and Vaccination Course
- Support from the NTPP Nurse Lead
- One session of backfill payment per month
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- The GPN is newly qualified within 12 months and/or new to General Practice within 12 months
- The GPN is employed by a Devon practice
