This is a two day online course. Essential for all practitioners who are apprehensive of the patient with a rash!! or who want to know more about skin issues in Primary Care. These study days aim to increase knowledge, confidence and competence in consulting patients with skin issues and illness.
The course will also update and consolidate the knowledge of those who need a refresher in this area.
The days will cover:
- History taking
- Morphology
- Rashes with associated minor illness
- Serious rashes
- Exanthems
- Eczema, Emollients and Steroids
- Infestations
- Drug Allergy
- Bruising/birth marks and more..

The course is open to all practitioners who see patients with skin issues. This course can be used as a Rashes and Skin Issues Update course. It also covers the skills and competencies needed to increase confidence and competence in practice for those practitioners who find consulting patients of all ages with spots, rashes and skin eruptions a challenge.
