Learning Objectives:
- Describe the key messages and priorities from The Fuller Report relevant to care after death and integrated end-of-life services. Exploring how national strategic aims can be translated into compassionate, coordinated care across professional boundaries.
- Identify common barriers and enablers that impact the delivery of dignified, person-centered care following death/ Leading on to reflecting on their own practice and professional values when supporting families, carers and colleagues after death.
- Explore the potential to apply principles from The Fuller Report to strengthen communication, teamwork, and continuity of care between health and social care settings.
