This Community of Practice group has been established to support General Practice Nursing teams to establish /maintain clinical supervision within practice. The aim is to share good practice, discuss challenges and problem solve, identify what extra help is needed within resources available and identify how we can help each other , including what the Training Hub may be able to do to support.
