Championing Movement for Health – PACC Training
Active Devon, in partnership with Active Cornwall, is facilitating Physical Activity Clinical Champions (PACC) training for people working in healthcare.
The aim of this training is to increase the knowledge, skills and confidence of practicing Health Care Professionals (HCPs), enabling them to effectively incorporate physical activity within their clinical care.
The training will be led by Michelle Turner (nursing and Long-Term Condition Specialist).
When is the event?
The PACC training takes place on Thursday 11th March 2027 from 12:00-13:30.
Where will the event be held?
The training takes place online – a calendar invite and joining link will be sent to you the day before the event. The PACC training will be interactive so please make sure you have access to a camera and microphone on your device.
Who is the event for?
This training is for anyone working within health who has direct contact with patients. This could include social prescribers, community-based practitioners, health and wellbeing coaches, GPs and consultants.
