Leadership Programmes

The NHS Leadership Academy programmes set the standards on how leadership should feel and be experienced by all of us. It requires every leader, at every level across the NHS, to recognise, reflect and bring to life three core principles: compassion, curiosity and collaboration.

As part of Pearson’s commitment to support the development of the primary care workforce, they are now introducing three exceptional CMI Accredited leadership programs: the Edward Jenner, Mary Seacole, and Rosalind Franklin programs. These programs are designed to equip healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles and drive positive change within the NHS.
