NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP) – Referrer Lunch & Learn Sessions

These sessions are for any professional involved in the referral process (GP’s, nurses, administrators, social prescribers, care co-ordinators, etc).

To provide you with an opportunity to find out more about the programme and to ask any questions you might have about the programme, referring, incentives available or anything else.

The NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP) is a free programme to help those identified as being at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes take control of their health and support them to make sustainable healthier lifestyle changes. The programme provides a holistic approach focusing on nutrition, physical activity, wellbeing and behaviour change.
