In this practical half day session, you’ll learn simple tools and models to help you influence and negotiate effectively. You’ll discover how unhelpful mindsets cause you to fear conflict and can limit your ability to persuade others, and ways you can overcome these challenges. You’ll also become more aware of the responses and motivations of others. You’ll leave knowing how to approach conversations to have a greater impact in the workplace and influence in ways that create win-win solutions for everyone.

The workshop will take place on Thursday 25th June, from 9.30am–1.00pm at the Exeter College Future Skills Centre, facilitated by Dr Sarah Coope.
