The online course – run by Kernow Local Medical Committee – provide delegates with the knowledge and understanding of how to summarise a medical record, understanding the importance of an accurate historical record. They will be guided through the process of how to organise the medical record, being confident they are summarising correctly and in line with good practice guidelines.
