The Royal Devon and Exeter University Healthcare Trust (RDUH) Chronic Kidney Disease nurse led service are looking forward to presenting to you at lunch and learn on 14th July. We have recently expanded the service into South Devon and updated our referral pathway which will soon be available on the Devon Formulary. In our first session we will cover who we are, what we offer within the service, what patients can expect and plans for our future sessions. There will then be an opportunity for questions/discussion. We look forward to seeing you there.
