Introduction to Women’s Health – 11th November 2026

Live, virtual training session on Zoom. 

With College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (COSRH) Trainer and British Menopause Society (BMS) Accredited Menopause Specialist, Dr Jane Davis.

 

This course is suitable for: Primary Care Nurses of all grades.

Women’s Health in Primary Care – for Nurses

A focused, practical update designed to support nurses working in Primary Care and community settings.

 

This session will help you:

• Feel confident assessing and discussing common women’s health issues

• Support women with clear, evidence-based advice

• Signpost appropriately within your nursing scope of practice

Key topics include:

• Menstrual health, including heavy bleeding, PMS and menstrual-related migraine

• PCOS, endometriosis and fertility concerns

• Menopause and sexual health concerns, including low libido

• Urinary incontinence, prolapse and vulval skin conditions
