RCGP members are invited to bring their practice green/social presriber with them, please email tamar@rcgp.org.uk to register your guest.
Come and learn about developments in nature connection and the associated health and wellbeing benefits, green social prescribing and greening up the NHS at the Clay TAWC community hub and its community green space and network with colleagues, public health and Natural England. Followed by a guidedn walk with the ranger on the nearby beautiful Goss Moor national nature reserve which is managed by Natural England.
