Due to increasing numbers of diabetes patients in the community requiring insulin, the Diabetes Specialist Nurses would like to offer the opportunity of drop in education sessions.  The sessions would be open for GP Practices and Community Nurses to attend. The drop-in sessions will be held on a Wednesday morning, between the hours of 9am and 12pm.   The aim of these sessions would be to upskill Practice and Community Nurses on how to teach patients to administer insulin and test capillary blood glucose levels.

These sessions will be held on the following dates:

Wednesday 22^nd May 2024

Wednesday 10th July 2024

Wednesday 16^th October 2024

Wednesday 27^th November 2024
