Devon Way – Level 3 Business & Administration Apprenticeship in Primary Care. Linked with PMA. The Devon way programme offers a Level 3 Business/Admin qualification with a bespoke locality overlay providing training in how Primary Care works in Devon.
The Community Health and Wellbeing Worker Apprenticeship is aligned to Personalised Care, Social Prescribing Link Worker, Care Coordinator and Health and Wellbeing Coach.

We are now taking expressions of interest in preparation for enrolment. There are only 20 places available, and it will be on a first come, first served basis.

The University of Exeter offers a bespoke Senior Leader programme which has been developed specifically for the Healthcare sector to develop high-potential team members into able leaders by equipping them with the tools to take responsibility for their organisation’s direction, vision, and strategic intent. They will gain the professional techniques required to inspire and guide a team and strive for the highest standards in the delivery of patient-focused healthcare within a demanding and progressive industry and using newly gained knowledge and skills to contribute to an ethical, innovative, and supportive healthcare culture.
On completion a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Leadership and Management is awarded alongside the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship – fully funded by Government Apprenticeship funding. One further module leads to the attainment of the MSc (subject to a top-up, additional fee of £3,900).
