DESCRIPTION:Continuity of Care demonstration practice – St Leonards Practice\, Exeter \nThursday 27 June 2024 | 10:30 – 12.30 \nSt Leonards Practice\, Exeter \nFREE to RCGP Members \nThe Tamar Faculty of the RCGP has approved a pilot project to run demonstrations with practices in Devon and Cornwall which  demonstrate how they measure and provide good GP continuity of care. \nThe workshop will be led by Dr Kate Sidaway-Lee PhD\, Dr David Bossano and Professor Sir Denis Pereira Grey. \nThe workshop will explore: \n\nThe benefits of continuity\nMeasuring continuity\nChallenges to achieving continuity\nPossible strategies for improving continuity in your practice\nThis a free event\, please register to secure your place. Spaces are limited to 6\, if you no longer able to attend please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the space to others.
