DESCRIPTION:The RCGP Tamar Faculty of the RCGP has approved a pilot project to run demonstrations with practices in Devon and Cornwall which  demonstrate how they measure and provide good GP continuity of care. \nIde Lane has a long history of continuity focused case and we are keen to share our experience. The workshop will explore: \nThe benefits of continuity \n\nMeasuring continuity\nChallenges to achieving continuity\nPossible strategies for improving continuity in your practice\n\nThis a free event for RCGP members\, please register to secure your place.
