SUMMARY:HR Brief Bites 12: Sexual Harassment
DESCRIPTION:Aim\n26th October 2024 is a key date\, as employment law changes are coming into effect\, which relate to Sexual Harassment at work. \nThese are fundamental\, key changes which require policy updates and other documentation which supports the steps employers must take to be protected against claims. They apply regardless of the size of the organisation\, and you will need to demonstrate that you have proactively taken ‘all reasonable steps’ to prevent sexual harassment from happening.
