SUMMARY:2-day Paediatric Minor Illness: Assessment and Management in Primary Care course
DESCRIPTION:This course is open to all practitioners who consult children in primary care\, minor illness centres and urgent care. \nThe course covers a wide range of paediatric minor illness presentations delivered in a clinic scenario format\, backed up with sessions on developmental milestones\, history taking in the child\, the acutely unwell child and the journey from unwell at home to General Practice appointment\, to referral to hospital. \nDay 1 – 27nd January 2025 + Day 2 – 10th February 2025 \nPlease contact : lesley.haxworth@aspireclinicaltraining.co.uk to book your place. Places are limited. The course is open to all practitioners working with children in Primary Care and those working with children in other areas. This course can be used as a Paediatric Minor Illness Update course. It also covers the skills and competencies needed to increase confidence and competence in practice for those practitioners who find consulting children a challenge or who are new in this area of Minor Illness.
