It hides in plain sight\, often undiagnosed until crisis hits. \n  \nBut frailty is not inevitable. With early identification and a single\, well-delivered Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA)\, delivered in the community we can help older people live longer\, live better—and at the same time\, cut the workload for health and care teams. \nSuitable for: Professionals working in Health and Social Care \nStudy Day Aims: To increase skills and knowledge with regard to the identification and management of older people with frailty\, leading to the improved population health of older people which translates into reduced healthcare utilisation. \nLearning Outcomes: \n1.
