CLINICAL SUPERVISION TRAINING FOR GP NURSES
June 25
Devon Training Hub are delighted to offer a funded bespoke one-day programme on clinical supervision models suitable for general practice nurses. This offer is open to GPNs working within Devon PCNs.
The programme will be delivered by a Lead Nurse from a large GP partnership through NHS Professionals Academy who have many years’ experience in delivering clinical supervision training across many different health care settings.
To ensure it reflects the requirements for general practice, representatives from DTH, LMC and the ICB have worked closely with NHS Professionals Academy to discuss in detail the requirements for GPNs, including opportunities and challenges to the delivery of clinical supervision in a general practice setting.
The programme will be delivered at the Exeter Racecourse on June 25th, 26th and 27th June, exact timings will be confirmed near the time; however, this is a full day event. (YOU ONLY NEED TO ATTEND ONE DAY)
The programme is very interactive with group work and therefore numbers are limited to one nurse from each PCN, this could be the PCN Lead nurse, or other lead nurse but it is anticipated that this will be the person who will lead the implementation of Clinical Supervision within the PCN.
Please complete the questionnaire to reserve a place. Please contact Jo Sutton or Joyce Pickering via email shs.dth.fellowshipadmin@nhs.net if you have any questions.Clinical Supervision Training 2024 (office.com)
