£150Forum Communication Coaching deliver an exciting range of communication skills training for the Livewell Training Network. Our facilitators are highly experienced at developing people’s communication skills at all levels in the workplace across a range of organisations including healthcare and the private and public sectors. We believe in enabling people to communicate better so that they can be the most effective people they can be.
Aims
- Raise awareness about what makes effective communication
- Feel more confident and comfortable during challenging conversations
- Communicating positively and effectively
- Develop ways of managing yourself in challenging situations
- Improve knowledge and understanding of supportive frameworks
- How to deal with rejection
- Practice communication skills
Objectives
- Good communication skills are known to help: –
- Make health related conversations more effective and time efficient –
- Reduce complaints – Reduce negative impacts on health (new or on-going) for patients and their families, friends or carers
- Reduce stress levels for staff

Working with professional communication coaches from Forum Communication Coaching, and using experiential learning, this course will give you the opportunity to practice your skills, get real time supportive feedback and take away effective tools to use in future difficult conversations.
