Diabetes Foundation - 22nd September 2022, 9.30am to 1pm
Lizzie Moore and Michelle Ford present a general update suitable for anyone new to diabetes or wanting a refresher. It will improve general diabetes knowledge and promote up to date evidence based practice, within diabetes care.
The course supports the Skills for Health Diabetes Competency Framework and is suitable for all primary care healthcare professionals.
The morning consists of a 3 hour diabetes update by the Specialist Nurse team.
Suitable for community teams including: Practice Nurses, District Nurses, Long term condition Matrons and Health care assistants.
